The second meeting of the monitoring-implementing group took place in Denmark (Copenhagen) from 5 to 9 December 2016.
The second meeting was combined with workshops, discussions and study visits.
WHAT DID WE ACHIEVE?
- we signed partner agreements and decided about the amounts of founds for each product of the project: film, publication, website, conference
- we have set up roles for the members of the monitoring-implementing group (strategic cooperation, communication, monitoring and evaluation, result dissemination)
- we selected a coordinator from each organisation
- we updated a calendar of activities
