Seminar 2

The second seminar took place from 5 to 9 March 2018 in Denmark.

12 persons from Denmark, Poland and Slovakia took a part in seminar: “Adaptation competences in the process of social inclusion” in Denmark from 5th to 9th of March 2018. During a meetings participants got a knowledge about method called Feedback Informed Treatment, which Copenhagen`s Department of Social Affairs and Kofoeds School use from more than year.

An approach called feedback-informed treatment or FIT uses a client’s feedback to inform their treatment. FIT tries to empowering the client and increasing the client’s voice. Involves solicit feedback from clients about the process of therapy, working relationship and overall wellbeing.
Social workers from Kofoeds School use this method.

How to adapt the method to our field of working with the clients.
Would it work with clients of Polish or Slovak welfare system ? Answers for those and others questions we tried to looked during 5 days seminar in Sorø and Kph.
